Let's enter the world of employee benefits together. I'll guide you through the whole process in a few steps below. It will be simple, intuitive and fast. But first, a few words from Ondřej Tyl, CEO of Benefit Plus.

Krok 1

Activate your benefits account

As soon as your employer sets up your benefit account, we will send you an email to your contact address with a link to activate it. This should happen on 24 February 2025. If you do not receive an email, please contact us using the form below.

To activate your account, you will need a smartphone, your email address, which also serves as your username, and a strong password.

Link your account to the MúzaPay app

To use your benefits to the fullest, you'll need the MúzaPay mobile wallet. You can download it easily from the App Store or Google Play.

To link the app, you'll need a smartphone, your Múza account password and a four-digit security code.

Pay for benefits with the MúzaPay mobile payment app

In my world, you now have two payment methods. The first is payment via QR code using the MúzaPay mobile payment app. With it, you can purchase your benefits quickly, easily, and most importantly, securely.

You can use it to pay online at selected partners.

You'll need your smartphone and the MúzaPay mobile app downloaded and linked to your Múza account.

Pay for benefits with the Benefit Plus virtual card

The second payment method is the Benefit Plus virtual card. You can use it not only for online payments at partners who do not yet support MúzaPay but also for in-store purchases at physical locations.

To use the Benefit Plus card, you need to transfer benefit funds to it from your account in MúzaMarket. This can be done easily in just a few steps during an online payment.

Krok 5

Shop for benefits in-store at physical locations

If you plan to shop for benefits in person, first make sure that your Benefit Plus card has a sufficient balance. You can top up your benefits in just a few steps using your smartphone.

At the checkout, provide the cashier with your Benefit Plus card number. You can find it in your MúzaPay mobile payment app or in the "My Account" section of MúzaMarket.

Enjoy internal benefits in MúzaIn

Don't worry, we haven't forgotten about your internal benefits. Pension and life insurance contributions, discount offers, or orders outside the partner network? Now you can find them all conveniently in one place – the MúzaIn web application.

To order internal benefits, you'll need your smartphone and the MúzaPay mobile payment app downloaded and linked to your Múza account.

Problem with login

Forgot your account password?

Creating a strong password is challenging, remembering it is even more challenging. If you forget yours, you have nothing to worry about. You can simply recover it by clicking on the link in the MúzaMarket login form.

To reset your password, you will need your smartphone, your email address and a new strong password.

I didn't receive an email with a link to activate my account, what should I do?

I cannot log into my Múza benefit account, what should I do?

The first login must be done via the activation email. The link in it is generated specifically for you. If you have already activated your account, make sure you enter the correct access details, including the appropriate lower and upper case letters. If the login still fails, you can reset your password. You can find the process in the instructional video above. If this also fails, please contact us using the contact form. Or call the customer service number listed at the bottom of this web page.

I don't have a smart phone/internet on my phone, how can I use my employee benefits?

Where can I find my balances?

Where can I find existing internal benefits, discounts and partner offers for makro employees?

All the internal benefits you have been used to so far can be found in MúzaMarket in the upper right corner under the Internal benefits section. Clicking on this button will take you to the MúzaIn web app, where you will find an overview of internal benefits, discounts and any other information you are looking for. Life and pension insurance are currently available to you. The balances and new credits for internal benefits will appear along with the benefit point balances and credits on 3/3/2025 and thereafter on the 16th of each month (or the next weekday to that date if it is a weekend).

What is MúzaPay?

MúzaPay is mobile payment app through which you can pay for benefits using a QR code. We are gradually implementing this payment method for all our partners. And why did we choose payment via QR code? With QR payments, complex card distribution is eliminated. At the same time, you will always have the payment system at your hand. Thanks to QR payments, we can also handle thousands of partners without payment terminals. This form of payment has the highest level of security against misuse, low environmental impact and low social responsibility.
