Activate your benefits account

Once your employer has set up your Múza benefits account, we'll send an email to your contact address with a link to activate it. If you don't receive an email, please contact us using the form below.

To activate your account, you will need a smartphone, your email address, and a strong password.

Link your account to the MúzaPay app

To use your benefits to the fullest, you'll need the MúzaPay mobile wallet. You can download it from the App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery.

To link the app, you'll need a smartphone, your Múza account password, and a four-digit security code.

Pay for benefits using a QR code in the MúzaPay app

In my world, you will find several payment methods. One of them is payment via QR code using the MúzaPay mobile payment app. With it, you can purchase your benefits quickly, easily, and most importantly, securely. You can use it to pay online and in person at selected partners.

You'll need your smartphone and the MúzaPay mobile app downloaded and linked to your Múza account. How does it work online?

Pay for benefits with the Benefit Plus virtual card

Another payment method is the Benefit Plus virtual card. You can use it not only for online payments at partners who don't yet support MúzaPay but also for in-store purchases at physical locations.

To use the Benefit Plus card, you need to transfer benefit funds to it from your account in MúzaMarket. This can be done in just a few simple steps during an online payment.

Shop for benefits in-store at physical locations

You can now purchase benefits in person using a QR code (MúzaPay) or a virtual card (Benefit Plus). Both payment methods can be found in the MúzaPay mobile app. Please check with the brick-and-mortar store first to see which payment methods the partner supports.

Paying with the MúzaPay QR code is very intuitive. When paying with a Benefit Plus card, it is important to make sure in advance that you have sufficient funds on your virtual card.

Forgot your account password?

Creating a strong password is challenging – remembering it is even more challenging. If you forget yours, you have nothing to worry about. You can simply recover it by clicking on the link in the MúzaMarket login form.

To reset your password, you will need your smartphone, your email address, and a new strong password.

If you haven't received an activation email, please check your spam folder first. If you don't find it in that folder either, please contact us using the contact form. Or call the customer service number listed at the bottom of this website.

The first login must be done via the activation email. The link in it is generated specifically for you. If you've already activated your account, make sure you enter the correct access details, including the appropriate upper and lower case letters. If the login still fails, you can reset your password. You can find the process in the instructional video above. If this also fails, please contact us using the contact form. A smartphone and internet access are essential for using employee benefits through the Múza benefits system. If you don't own a smartphone, you can give your login details to a family member. Internet connectivity can be resolved by connecting to public Wi-Fi networks. If neither of these options is suitable for you, please contact your P&C.

You can find an overview of your balances, transactions, credits, benefit points, and other information in MúzaMarket in the top right corner of the My Account tab.

All the internal benefits you've been accustomed to so far can be found in MúzaMarket in the upper right corner under the Internal Benefits tab. Clicking on this button will take you to the MúzaIn web application, where you'll find an overview of internal benefits, discounts, and all other information you're looking for.

MúzaPay is a mobile payment app that supports a wide range of payment methods from all of our partners. Thanks to MúzaPay, complicated card distribution will soon be a thing of the past. At the same time, you will always have the payment system at your fingertips.

One of the main innovative payment options offered by MúzaPay is payment using a QR code. Thanks to QR payments, we can serve thousands of partners without payment terminals. This form of payment has the highest level of security against misuse, low environmental impact, and high social responsibility.

MúzaIn is a web application where you can find all of your internal benefits, partner discounts, and offers for employees.

Unfortunately, this isn't possible at the moment. However, we are making this option available so that you can share your benefits with family members.

You can find your Benefit Plus virtual payment card in the MúzaPay mobile payment app, or in the MúzaMarket under the "My Account" tab. When paying with this card, you will be asked to provide its number or show the barcode. Instructions on how to pay with your Benefit Plus card in an online store and in a brick-and-mortar store can be found in Steps 4 and 5 above.

You can pay for benefits in person using a QR code (MúzaPay) or a Benefit Plus virtual payment card. Both of these payment methods can be found in the MúzaPay app.

Payment via the MúzaPay QR code is very intuitive. When paying with the Benefit Plus virtual card, you just need to have sufficient funds loaded onto the card. An instructional video in step 5 will show you how to transfer funds to the card. At the checkout, show the card's barcode to the cashier or give them the card number.

In the e-shop, you can currently pay using a QR code via the MúzaPay mobile payment app or via the Benefit Plus virtual card. Paying via QR code should always be your first choice, as it's the easiest payment method with the highest security. We're gradually introducing this payment method to our partners, so you can pay using the Benefit Plus card where it's not yet available. Detailed instructions can be found in Steps 3-5.
