Here is an easier way to use your benefits. I'll show you how to do it step by step.

Krok 1

Activate your benefit account

As soon as your employer sets up your Múza benefit account, we will send an email to your contact address with a link to activate it. If you don’t receive the email, please contact us using the form below.

Once activated, you can log in to your account in one of the two ways. Choose the one your organization uses.

If your company does not use a single sign-on system, please log in with your email address and password.

If you sign in to work apps using a Microsoft, Google, or other corporate account, select this sign-in method.

Connect your account with the MúzaPay app

To make the most of your benefits, you need the MúzaPay mobile wallet at hand. You can find it on the App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery.

To connect the app, you will need a smartphone, your Múza account password, and a 4-digit security code.

In-store payment

You can redeem your benefits in several ways. It depends on which payment methods the partner supports. Select the appropriate option below.

At some partner locations, you can pay on the spot using a QR code in the MúzaPay app. Simply scan the displayed QR code with your phone, enter the amount, and confirm the payment. It’s a fast and secure way to pay directly from your phone.


To make a payment, you’ll need a smartphone with the MúzaPay app installed and sufficient funds in your account.

At some partner locations, payment is made directly at the register. In the MúzaPay app, display your code, which the cashier will scan. The amount will then appear on your phone, and you’ll confirm the payment.

Online payment

You can redeem your benefits online with select partners through the Múza payment gateway. It’s a simple, fast, and secure way to pay online that’s directly linked to your Múza account.

Payment by voucher

With some partners, you can also redeem your benefits using a voucher. Depending on the partner’s terms and conditions, you can redeem it online or in person.

After placing your order, you’ll find all the necessary information and instructions for use directly with the voucher in the “My Vouchers” section of MúzaMarket or in the “Vouchers” tab of the MúzaPay app.

Payment by Benefit Plus virtual card

The Benefit Plus virtual card serves as a temporary payment option for partners who do not yet support payments via MúzaPay. You can use it online and, with some partners, in-store as well.

Before using it, you’ll need to transfer funds from your Múza account to the card. Watch the video below to see how the transfer and the payment itself work.

Forgot your account password?

Forgot your account password? Creating a strong password is hard; remembering it is even harder. If you forget yours, don’t worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the link on the MúzaMarket login page.

To reset your password, you will need a smartphone, your email address, and a new strong password.

The first login must be done via the activation email. The link inside is generated specifically for you. If your account is already active, check that you are entering the correct login credentials, including the correct case sensitivity (uppercase/lowercase). If you still can't log in, you can reset your password. The procedure is shown in the instructional video above. Clicking this button will take you to the MúzaIn web application, where you will find an overview of internal benefits, discounts, and all other information you are looking for.

MúzaPay is a mobile payment app that allows you to pay conveniently at our partners using various payment methods. Over time, it will eliminate the need for the complex distribution of plastic cards—keeping your payment system always at hand right in your phone.

One of the key innovations is payment via QR code. Thanks to QR payments, you can pay at thousands of partners who do not have payment terminals. This form of payment is highly secure, has a low environmental impact, and extends the availability of benefits to places where they otherwise wouldn't be possible.

MúzaIn is a web application where you will find all your internal benefits.

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible. However, we are preparing this feature so you can share your benefits with family members.

You can find your Benefit Plus virtual payment card in the MúzaPay mobile app or in MúzaMarket under the "My Account" tab. When paying with this card, you will be asked to provide its number or show a barcode. Instructions on how to pay with the Benefit Plus card in online stores and brick-and-mortar shops can be found above on this page in steps 4 and 5.

In person, you can pay for benefits using a QR code (MúzaPay) or the Benefit Plus virtual payment card. Both payment methods can be found in the MúzaPay app. Payment via MúzaPay QR code is very intuitive. When paying via the Benefit Plus virtual card, you just need to have sufficient funds loaded on the card. The instructional video in Step 5 will show you how to transfer funds to the card. At the checkout, simply show the barcode or tell the staff the card number.

In online stores, you can currently pay using a QR code via the MúzaPay mobile app or via the Benefit Plus virtual card. Payment via QR code should always be your first choice, as it is the simplest payment method with the highest security. We are rolling out this method with our partners gradually; therefore, for those where it is not yet available, you can pay using the mentioned Benefit Plus card. Detailed instructions can be found in steps 3-5.

After placing your order, you can find your gift cards in the "My Gift Cards" section of MúzaMarket or in the "Gift Cards" tab of the MúzaPay app.
