Activate your benefits account

Once your employer has set up your Múza benefits account, we'll send an email to your contact address with a link to activate it. If you don't receive an email, please contact us using the form below.

To activate your account, you will need a smartphone, your email address, and a strong password.

Link your account to the MúzaPay app

To use your benefits to the fullest, you'll need the MúzaPay mobile wallet. You can download it from the App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery.

To link the app, you'll need a smartphone, your Múza account password, and a four-digit security code.

Pay for benefits with the MúzaPay mobile payment app

The second payment method is the Benefit Plus virtual card. You can use it not only for online payments at partners who don't yet support MúzaPay but also for in-store purchases at physical locations.

To use the Benefit Plus card, you need to transfer benefit funds to it from your account in MúzaMarket. This can be done in just a few simple steps during an online payment.

Shop for benefits in-store at physical locations

If you plan to shop for benefits in person, first make sure that your Benefit Plus card has a sufficient balance. You can top up your benefits in just a few steps using your smartphone.

At the checkout, provide the cashier with your Benefit Plus card number. You can find it in your MúzaPay mobile payment app or in the "My Account" section of MúzaMarket.

Problem with login

Forgot your account password?

Creating a strong password is challenging – remembering it is even more challenging. If you forget yours, you have nothing to worry about. You can simply recover it by clicking on the link in the MúzaMarket login form.

To reset your password, you will need your smartphone, your email address, and a new strong password.

I didn't receive an email with a link to activate my account – what should I do?

I can't log into my Múza benefit account – what should I do?

The first login must be done via the activation email. The link in it is generated specifically for you. If you've already activated your account, make sure you enter the correct access details, including the appropriate upper and lower case letters. If the login still fails, you can reset your password. You can find the process in the instructional video above. If this also fails, please contact us using the contact form. Or call the customer service number listed at the bottom of this web page.

What is MúzaPay?

MúzaPay is a mobile payment app that supports a wide range of payment methods from all of our partners. Thanks to MúzaPay, complicated card distribution will soon be a thing of the past. At the same time, you will always have the payment system at your fingertips.

One of the main innovative payment options offered by MúzaPay is payment using a QR code. Thanks to QR payments, we can serve thousands of partners without payment terminals. This form of payment has the highest level of security against misuse, low environmental impact, and high social responsibility.

In the e-shop, you can currently pay using a QR code via the MúzaPay mobile payment app or via the Benefit Plus virtual card. Paying via QR code should always be your first choice, as it's the easiest payment method with the highest security. We're gradually introducing this payment method to our partners, so you can pay using the Benefit Plus card where it's not yet available. Detailed instructions can be found in Steps 3-5.
