Benefit Plus Introduces Múza

Múza is the new benefit and payment system that will gradually replace the existing Benefit Plus system. Until the full transition is complete, both systems will run simultaneously—ensuring the change is smooth and easy.

What does this mean for you

If you haven't received the activation email, please check your spam folder first. If you don't find it there either, it likely means your Múza account is already set up. In that case, try proceeding directly to password recovery. Still not working? No worries, contact us using the details below.

The transition to Múza will take place gradually — both systems will run simultaneously for a certain period, giving you plenty of time to adapt. We will create access to Múza for you automatically and send you an email with login credentials. In the coming months, we will mail you a package containing QR codes, a door sticker, and instructions. You also have access to a video guide that will introduce you to the application administration.

You will find everything in the Web Terminal, which you can log in to at pokladna.muza.cz. If you don't know your login credentials, get in touch via the contacts below.

The QR code is a modern payment method that is fast, intuitive, and secure. The customer simply scans the code using their MúzaPay mobile app, enters the amount, and confirms the payment. It is fast, secure, and requires no complex login. Benefits include instant transaction processing, elimination of payment errors, and a clear payment history.

Múza supports various payment methods to meet the needs of all business partners. You can choose from:

Billing and reimbursement for all transaction types (QR code payment on-site, remote payment, etc.) takes place automatically and at the same frequency as currently set in your Benefit Plus system.

MúzaMarket is the modernized Benefit Plus Catalog, enabling more effective promotion of your services. Thanks to a clear interface and advanced targeting options, it will help you reach new customers and increase interest in your services.

Yes, both payments and vouchers can be cancelled (refunded) — either partially or in full. Simply find the specific transaction in the Web Terminal, click "Cancel" (or Refund), and choose whether to return the full amount or enter a new, lower amount. You can also add a note regarding the reason for the cancellation. Cancellations can be performed immediately after payment or retroactively, up to 2 years from the transaction date.

Yes. Each branch has its own access to the Web Terminal. The company administrator can see all branches and switch between them. If you manage only one branch, it will appear automatically after logging in.

You can identify a Múza payment by the fact that the customer performs it in their MúzaPay mobile app by scanning your QR code. If the customer uses a Benefit Plus card (physical or mobile), it is a payment from the existing system. For vouchers, you will always receive a confirmation email stating whether it is Múza or Benefit Plus.
