A new standard of benefits for companies and employees

At our first meeting, we’ll talk through what your company needs, how it works, how many employees you have, and whether you need support with keeping employee benefits within the statutory tax limits.

Based on that, we’ll recommend the setup that works best for you. The core of the cafeteria may be the same, but the right configuration makes a big difference — both to how smoothly the implementation goes for HR and employees, and to the overall cost.

After the meeting, we’ll send you a draft agreement. We can fine-tune it together until everything works for both sides. Naturally, it will also cover all relevant GDPR requirements.

At our second meeting, we’ll walk you through the implementation plan. It brings together the agreed setup and all the information we need to launch and run your cafeteria smoothly.

Getting everything clear from the start helps us avoid unnecessary complications later on.

A successful launch also depends on good internal communication. That’s why we’ll provide you with ready-to-use materials to help you introduce the cafeteria to your employees.

Before your employees get access, we’ll open the system to you first. This gives you time to explore it, get comfortable with how it works, and make sure everything is ready for launch.

Once everything is set up and approved, we’re ready to go. All we need from you is a list of your employees with their name, employee ID and email address.

Everything else follows automatically from the setup we agreed on together.

We create individual employee accounts, calculate and upload their benefit allowances, activate their access and send out the activation campaign.

And that’s it — your cafeteria is officially up and running.
